Payment at Time of Service
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Insurance
As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your dental insurance carrier on your behalf and help verify benefits prior to treatment. Please note that insurance coverage varies by plan and is a contract between you and your insurance provider. Any portion not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.

Estimated insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for the full balance of fees incurred, regardless of insurance reimbursement.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we are still happy to work with you to help maximize your out-of-network benefits.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.​​​​​
